Was wondering if anyone has a citation of where you found the quote:

Do not think, After the clouds have passed away, "How bright is has become!" For in the sky, all the while, The moon of dawn.

It is the region of Arnold's lines, "In Kensington Gardens":

Birds here make song, each bird has his, Across the girdling city's hum. How green under the boughs it is! How thick the tremulous sheep cries come!
