Browsers will need to be set to view Unicode (UTF-8) to view international text.

If using Firefox (you should be) ;) ...
go to the View tab ...
and click on Character Encoding.
select Unicode (UTF-8) if available.

If you are using Internet Explorer ...
follow the same instructions or ...
with the cursor in the browser window ...
right click and select Encoding.

If Unicode is not available ...
you will need to install the international fonts.
